It looks great, the characters are SO expressive, the character designs are simple but powerful, THERE ARE ACTUAL ANIMATED MAGICAL GIRL TRANSFORMATIONS???? (NOT ONE TRANSFORMATION. MULTIPLE. WHAT)

The story is very fun, and I think Tabby is genuinely the star of it. I love her character - I love the fact that she is far from the usual happy and kind magical girl protagonist but also that she is not _evil_ either. She is an angsty teen who is a little too stuck inside her head and is kind of self-centered (and honestly so are most teens imho), and that leads her to behaving like, well, a B⭐tch. But also the fact that her own flaws an actions get confronted,that her worldview gets challenged. And ALSO the fact that even when it's challenged and even when she does try to do better, it's still not ideal.

I also really like the more western-cartoony take on the magical girl genre; this vn feels like it sits in about the same niche as Powerpuff Girls and especially the more recent Pretty Pretty Please I Don't Want to be a Magical Girl, both of which are amazing (and so is tmgiab). And that leads me to voice acting. I'm usually meh about voice acting - cool if it's there, as long as it's good, completely fine if it isn't - but I think here it adds a LOT and really helps embrace this cartoony vibe, like I am actually watching a show on Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network and not reading an indie visual novel. And, obviously, the performance of VAs is sooo good.  

All in all, I look forward to the following episodes and can't wait to find out what happens next!

Hi ! Played your game during a "halloween let's play together special livestream" ! We  selected the choices through polls ! We couldn't finish the game, but for what we played we really loved it !! I laughed a lot during the gameplay ! Tabbie's character is really interesting and the game is overall really hilarious !!

Okay. I.... LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!! At first, I thought I was really going to dislike Tabbie. I couldn’t stand how mean she was for no reason. But as the story went on, she started to grow on me. She has some genuinely funny moments, and I can see a lot of potential for character development. I even found her kind of relatable at times. Super excited to see Act 3! ALSO LET THE PIXIES GOO! But yeah, this game is amazing.

Wow...gotta say this is one great game. The artstyle, voices, story...also the jokes were great, personal best is the "What are you gonna do, stab me?" News thing. Hope there is work on future updates (and auditions for va's, tho i feel i have to low voice after hearing everyone).

nah eden is on fraudwatch how can u have a power up and fight an enemy with useless lasers whu fights over control of her own body and still fumble!??  bro is up there with the immortal from invincible as one of the greatest frauds in history.

BABE WAKE UP ACT TWO IS JUST DROPPED!! the way i sped to download this help lol. the BACKGROUNDS??? theyre SO cool i love them. also love the new art and sprites thats been added for part 2! also can i say i appreciate how nuanced the writing is to all its characters and situations? grahh i adore it.. im excited to see the many tribulations that will occur to these guys beacuse wow dude..!!! that cliffhanger is gonna keep me SPIRALLINGGG till then... i cant wait for act 3 alr! (jk i can wait this game deserves the time it needs to COOK)

Act 2 is a colossal improvement, I felt the nuances of the writing start to reveal themselves and fill a lot of the questions that I had, forming a much better mold of the characters that give the cast a much-desired amount of independence from the first impressions and tropes that were established.

Albeit further proving (at least to me) the title is misleading, I felt much more attachment and relatability within not only Tab but the rest of the casts' viewpoints on the events of the game.

I feel somewhat vilified in seeing TMGIAB not only reach a Steam release but better establish its main plot threads and while I see the adherence to identifiable tropes as a bit of a constraint, it's great to see the game hasn't let it be a constraint when engaging me in the story.

While the twists are a bit...unexpected (I don't know whether I mean that as a positive),  I still felt enthralled in the plot the game was following, and I'm excited to see where Act 3 heads next.

Obviously I'd be amiss to not mention Robin's jawbreaking  vocal set piece  and overall fantastic performance (get this mf a grammy), as well as the rest of the casts' improvements as they start to settle with the roles more (tay fern's still goated), along with the bettered sound design and art all around (respect to that 3d CG artist).
